1. Try a class for FREE.

Join us for any group WOD on Wednesday to experience the class structure, community and the attention and knowledge of our coaches.

2. Enroll for our next Ignite Your Fitness Course

Our Ignite Program is designed to introduce you to the Nine Foundational Movements of CrossFit, as well as accessory movements, mobility, and nutrition over the course of 8 classes. Each class includes a warm up, education and practice of 4-5 new movements, a short workout and a cool down. This course will prepare you for the group class environment. To enroll, click the "Ignite" button on the Home Page.

3. Already an Experienced CrossFit athlete?

Email Andrea at cfc@crossfitcontinuum.com and she will help you get started.

We get this question all the time and the answer is NO! All workouts are scaled and modified to your current fitness level. Our coaches guide you into more challenging options as your fitness levels improve.

The best way to get fit is to get started today.
Yes, we have one shower. Please bring your own towel and toiletries.

Memberships may be cancelled at any time with a one week's notice prior to the next billing date.

Cancellation notice may be emailed to Andrea at cfc@crossfitcontinuum.com or delivered in writing to CrossFit Continuum. We do not refund memberships. Once the membership has been billed for the month, it is non-refundable.

Athletes are subject to the current membership rate if they choose to cancel and return at a later date.
