Our 4 week foundations program is designed to teach new CrossFit athletes proper and safe movement, understand relative intensity, learn appropriate scales and modifications for movements, and understand how to build strong, sustainable nutrition habits .
Nutrition is base of the CrossFit pyramid. If your nutrition is not dialed in, everything above (metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weight training and sport) will suffer and you will not make the advancements you desire. We start our program with a focus on nutrition first.
You will receive the following:
6 small group sessions focused on learning CrossFit movements, including barbell and gymnastics movements.
Integration, as appropriate, into the group class environment.
60 Minute Nutrition Initial Consultation & Health Assessment
Comprehensive Nutrition Handbook
4 Week Customized Meal Plan and Grocery List
Biweekly Virtual Check-In
30 Minute Follow Up Visit
Access to Exclusive HSN App & Group Messaging Board with Fellow Nutrition Clients
Ability to graduate to Wellness Membership
Participants must be able to commit to the schedule for the initial 6 sessions. If a class is missed, athlete will need to reschedule with the Ignite coach to make up the class. An additional $25 fee will be collected for the session. Once the first 6 sessions are complete, athlete may attend any scheduled class time.
